It’s spring again.

Today I went out for a hack on Sammy, the weather was dull but dry and around 6 degrees so we looked at the area from a horses view. Sunday’s are usually fairly peaceful apart from the chasse, occasional quad bikes and walkers.
We saw egrets out in the neighbouring fields with the herons, they are enormous birds when you see them fairly close by but very shy, we also saw a family of ragondins more often known as coypu. Not a native of France but well integrated and very unpopular because of their destruction of river banks and pond edges.
Snowdrops and primroses are out in the garden so spring is coming, time for me and Sammy to stop and look at the view!
